  3. Delivery Charges: Orders below $1000 HKD: Customers have the option to:
    • Pick up their order at our store located at Fortune Metropolis, 6 Metropolis Drive, Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong, at no additional cost.
    • Opt for home delivery by adding a delivery fee of $100 HKD.
  4. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are normally scheduled within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  5. Delivery Hours: Our standard delivery hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  6. Delivery Requirements:
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to ensure a successful delivery.
    • A recipient must be available at the delivery address to receive the order during the scheduled delivery time.
  7. Delivery Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched for delivery.
